I had to BEG Guadalupe to send me progress pictures, because she wasn't sending me any for several months. She felt things weren't happening since the scale wasn't 'moving much'...I told her, she was already petite to begin with, so every pound made a HUGE difference. And just look.

I know it's tough looking at these sometimes. But believe me, when you see progress, and you KNOW you will never go back to that place, you will start to see your before pics like badges of honor.
